5K Run: The 5K run will start at 9:15 am and will consist of one loop around the lake.
5K Walk: The 5K walk will start at 9:30 am and will consist of one loop around the lake.
Pre-registration: Online registration is available at www.comtohr.info or you can download COMTO HR Mentor 5K Run/Walk registration/release form and mail or fax it in at COMTO HR 70 West Mercury Blvd, Suite 202, Hampton, VA 23666; 757.826.2806.

For your entry fee you will receive a COMTO HR/TWCF race t-shirt, light refreshments and a lot of fun!
Race Volunteers: As with many COMTO HR events, our success depends on tremendous support we receive from our volunteers. We are in need of volunteers for this event. Please consider signing up to support this event as a volunteer.
As an event volunteer, you will receive great satisfaction appreciation from your fellow athletes and the event charity. Volunteering at this event will allow you to work with foster children as well as network with professionals throughout Hampton Roads. We need volunteers to work mile marker stations and registration shelter to hand out waters and cheer the runners on.
